Move Within is a 3-hour immersive movement journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and rediscover your natural flow.

Through guided breathwork, mindful movement, music, and moments of stillness, we’ll explore the space between doing and being — releasing tension, awakening energy, and finding balance from within.

This is more than a movement class; it’s a journey of presence, expression, and connection.
You’ll be guided to let go of stress, open the heart, and move in ways that feel free, intuitive, and deeply human.

Whether you’re looking to reset your nervous system, feel more grounded, or simply reconnect with yourself and others Move Within is an invitation to return home to your body.

Expect grounding breathwork, capoeira-inspired movement, and group connection that awaken energy, freedom, and flow — leaving you centred, calm, and recharged long after.

Meet the Instructors

Eyal Okup – Lead Physiotherapist & Movement Specialist

Eyal is a highly skilled physiotherapist and movement instructor with a background in Capoeira, surf conditioning, and sports rehabilitation. His unique approach blends clinical expertise with body awareness and flow-based movement, empowering clients to rebuild strength, coordination, and freedom of motion. With years of experience treating surfing and high-performance sports injuries, Eyal brings a grounded, movement-driven philosophy to recovery and peak performance.

Alon – Founder of Humn Wellness Centre

Alon is the founder of Humn Wellness Centre – Alon Therapy Method, a holistic practitioner with over a decade of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine, breathwork, Qi Gong, and somatic therapy. His work focuses on connecting the brain and body to activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms. Through Humn, Alon creates spaces that combine science, energy, and community to help people return to balance — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

🌿 What to Bring

To make the most of your Move Within experience, please bring:

  • Comfortable clothing – something you can freely move, stretch, and sweat in.

  • Water bottle – staying hydrated supports the flow of energy and movement.

  • Yoga mat or towel – for grounding practices and floor work.

  • Light snack (optional) – fruit or nuts for after the session.

  • Journal & pen – to capture reflections or insights during integration.

  • An open mind & heart – your curiosity, breath, and presence are the most important things you can bring.

Optional: a small blanket or sarong for the closing meditation if you like extra comfort.
