    Welcome to your Sunday afternoon reset! Kath Watson will guide you through 45 minutes of gentle, restorative yin yoga, followed by 45 minutes of breathwork with Sam from The Let Go. This mindful and meditative combination will help regulate and reset the nervous system, reducing stress, anxiety, lowering cortisol levels, and promoting a sense of calm, clarity and presence You'll leave feeling grounded in your body, clear in your mind, and emotionally centred. This session is an invitation to let go, relax and return to your centre. The perfect reset to wind down the weekend.
