Movement Medicine May 9 and May 23
Event description
This is the last Movement Medicine session until Spring!
See you on the dancefloor.
Movement Medicine is a body based movement meditation
All of us have been born into the rhythm of our mothers heartbeat.
So rhythm is deep in our bones and reconnecting with rhythm through free movement in a safe, non judgemental space is extremely healing.
Aligning body, heart and mind gives us a beautiful presence and inner peace.
This makes us more resilient not only in the dance environment but in life itself.
Friday the 23rd is a special event with a co-creation between Movement Medicine and One Tribe Shamanic Sound Journeys.
Danny and Mary of 'One Tribe Shamanic Sound Journeys' bring a fusion of shamanic ancestral tones of the didgeridoo and the angelic tones. Taking us on into the higher realms through a mix of sacred sound.
They offer a unique blend of channeled messages, frequency toning, and sacred instruments—including medicine drums, rattles, chimes, and Native American flutes.
"Many people come away feeling lighter—like they've traveled beyond this world, found a deep sense of peace, and let go of some of the old stuff they've been carrying."
We feel there’s such aligned power in this co-creation.
No knowledge or experience needed. Everyone is a dancer, we just let the natural movement arise.
With captivating music, Daniela will gently lead you into your personal dance.
Daniela Lüthi has studied Conscious Dance at the school of Movement Medicine in the UK between 2013-2019 and is a certified teacher.
