Event description

Mumma Sita and the Wild Womb Warriors present a special day of healing, every new moon, of Movement Medicine for Women.
Coming together in circle; in community, in connection to the sacred Mother Earth we dance upon... healing our wombs, our minds, our hearts in one tribe, one love consciousness.
Weaving the unique ways of womb wisdom with dance, cacao ceremony, breathwork, intention setting and prayers for all of humanity, we create a beautiful opportunity for healing collectively.

Each new moon for 2024 we will gather together to honour our connection to this phase of the moon and its corresponding element... this Thursday 3rd October is Air with the Libran new moon!
The perfect time to ground, set clear intentions for the month ahead, clarify goals, start new projects, and acknowledge your growth since the previous new moon... signifying the beginning of a cycle, cosmic transformation, and opportunity for new beginnings as we plant seeds for the future.
It has been traditional for women to gather in a ceremonial way... to remember and reconnect... to create... and it is time for these circles of connection to return... Honouring the reclamation of the Divine Feminine and the Sovereignty of humanity.

Please bring a pillow, yoga mat, blanket, journal and a flower for the altar! Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and an intention for yourself and the collective healing of the Sisterhood.

We will start promptly at 10am with an acknowledgement to country and begin our journey with a Cacao ceremony, so please arrive ten minutes beforehand to ensure we can begin in unity together. We will finish by 3pm with some light refreshments.
