Explore five Earth elements in movement. No gymnastics or dance training required! In fact, if you find it difficult to move, this workshop is for you too.
Earth, air, fire, water, and ether. You might be familiar with these five elements, but how do they feel in your body? Is it possible you have more of one than the others – an imbalance? Do you like some elements more than others?
Grounding these elements into your body can assist you to feel more whole and present in your life – and it’s fun!
This workshop is designed to help you to feel more connected. You’ll play with movement to music, discovering how this feels in your body and what comes up in your mind. As you move, you'll breathe deeply allowing you to think and feel more clearly.
You'll be encouraged to respond through drawing or painting (I promise, you don't need to know how to do art!) and bring home with you what you learnt - perhaps provoking your own further exploration.
You may find inspiration, intuition, and inclusion spontaneously occur.
Join me, Helen Nandlal, at my studio in the Perth Hills for a celebration of movement - through the five elements of earth, air, fire, water, and ether. Over two hours you'll have the opportunity to explore these elements and how they express in you. We'll have fun and might get messy, so wear comfortable clothes. And bring your curious side.
