Bike Cleveland invites you to Southern Tier Brewery on Friday, April 4th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM to celebrate the adoption of Cleveland Moves, the city’s new 5-year multimodal transportation plan. This is a major step forward for biking and walking in Cleveland, and we’re bringing together fellow riders, city staff, local partners, and advocates to mark the occasion!

Cleveland’s last bike plan was adopted 18 years ago—before protected bike lanes were even part of the conversation. Since then, our city’s vision for safety and mobility has evolved. The Cleveland Moves plan identifies over 15 corridors for separated bike facilities, complemented by an expanded network of Neighborhood Greenways. It also commits to signal timing adjustments, centerline hardening, and other systemic safety changes. This progress is the result of months of work by city staff, consultants, and community members dedicated to creating safer, more accessible streets for everyone.

This event also marks the launch of the Cleveland Streets Coalition, a new coalition of residents, businesses, and organizations advocating for people-friendly streets citywide by supporting implementing the ambitious safety and mobility goals in Cleveland Moves.
