Event description

Join our Labour Tāmaki candidates' for Kōkā during the very special time celebrating Matariki.

Josephine Bartley is standing again to be your Auckland Councillor alongside Maria Meredith, Nerissa Henry, Deborah Misiuepa (New) and Dianna Fuka (New) as your Local Board representatives. This is a way to support them and help fund their campaign to be elected to represent you locally. If you can't come along then please donate a ticket!

About the movie: Kōkā is the first feature film from writer/director Kath Akuhata Brown. Māori elder Hamo and local delinquent Jo form an unlikely bond on a road trip. As they confront past traumas and each face their demons, their shared path becomes a journey of healing, community and reconciliation.

Manawatia a Matariki! Tautoko mai!
