Event description

Moving Beyond Toxic Relationships

A safe supportive space for women.
🗓️ Sunday 25 May 📍Bondi Pavilion

🕙 10:00am – 12:00pm + 30 min social

Have you been affected by toxic relationships - whether with a partner, friend, colleague or a family member? Do you feel anxious, exhausted or full of self-doubt after certain interactions, but can’t quite put your finger on why?

This 2-hour group session + social morning tea is a gentle yet powerful space to explore how toxic dynamics impact your emotional wellbeing and boundaries - and learn what you can do to reclaim your sense of safety, strength and self-worth.

💬 In this women-only group, you’ll:

  • Understand the emotional toll of toxic behaviour

  • Identify how your body signals boundary violations

  • Learn about different types of boundaries

  • Explore your rights in relationships and what’s been breached

  • Practice nervous system grounding tools

  • Share (if you wish) in a safe, confidential circle

☕ We’ll finish with 30 mins of informal connection time over tea - because healing also happens in community.

🔹 What to bring:
A water bottle, your journal and pen, and something warm & cosy - Bondi Pavilion’s Ocean Room can get a little chilly in winter.

TICKETS:

Admission: $120.00 (excluding booking fees). Your ticket includes a 2-hr group session + 30 mins social morning tea.

✨This event is open to all women 18+, including those in ongoing relationships, recently separated or reflecting on past toxic dynamics. You don’t need to “have it all figured out”- just come as you are.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
