Moving Grief in The Body (at Moon Mountain Highway - July)

Grief resides in our bodies. When we take the time to move and allow grief to move, trusting in grief's process, grief becomes less of a scary thing. We learn how to live with the medicine of grief.

In these gatherings...

• you will have an opportunity to check in and share about your intention and grief
• you will be guided through ritual honoring grief
• you will be guided through movement derived from dance, yoga, stretching
• you will be guided to follow your wise body.
• you will be guided to attune to your intuition
• you will have the opportunity to journal and take note of what comes forward

Your body knows when to rest, when to go easy, when to amp it up. We need the space and time to remember how to listen to our wise bodies.

In these gatherings you'll have that opportunity to tune into your wise body as you listen to and move with your grief.
