Moving Into Bloom: A Women's Circle
Description
Women's Circle – Moving Into Bloom
As we move from winter into spring, nature begins to shift, there is more light, more movement, and slowly, new life starts to emerge.
Moving Into Bloom is inspired by this transition.
After a season of slowing down and turning inward, this Women's Circle is an invitation to reconnect with your body, create space for movement, and explore what you are ready to bring with you into this new season.
Throughout the afternoon, we’ll move through yoga and somatic practices intentionally designed to help you connect with your body, release some of the heaviness of winter, and welcome the energy of spring with more openness and awareness.
There will also be time to connect and share with the other women in the circle, creating a space where we can move, explore, and step into this new season together.
A moment to move, connect, and slowly come into bloom.

Somatic practices are gentle, guided movements that help you reconnect with your body by bringing awareness to your physical sensations and inner experience.
