Event description

Step into a welcoming space where music, movement, and connection come together. Led by professional dancer and instructor Hayley Allen-Freeman, this gentle dance/movement class is perfect for those wanting to start fresh, rediscover their rhythm, or simply enjoy moving in a supportive and social environment.

Each week you’ll explore a different dance style – from the playful Cha-Cha ballroom dance to elegant sequence steps and even a boot scooting line dance – making every session fresh, engaging, and joyful. No experience is required.  Just a willingness to join in and have fun! Classes are fully inclusive, with caregivers warmly welcome to attend.

Weekly sessions will take place on the beautiful parquetry floor in the climatically controlled Wiradjuri Room at the Seniors Community Centre located at 204 Tarcutta Street in Wagga Wagga each Tuesday from 10AM to 11AM.
