Mpls DID Residential Roundtable Conversations

Join Mpls Downtown Improvement District (DID) and Progressive Urban Management Associates (P.U.M.A.) for a conversation on residential inclusion and service priorities in downtown Minneapolis!

The Mpls Downtown Improvement District (DID) helps fund services that support a clean, safe, and welcoming downtown – including Ambassador patrols, sidewalk and public-realm cleaning, greening and beautification, and community programming. Historically, these services have been funded by commercial properties.

Recent changes in Minnesota law now allow multiunit residential properties to participate in districts like the DID. As more people call downtown home, the DID is exploring whether residential properties within the existing boundary could be included in the future.

We’re hosting small residential roundtables to better understand your priorities and what services you would most value in downtown. We invite you to join one of the sessions below.
