MQ Incubator Lunch & Learn | Identifying beach heads in the US

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Join us and James Reilly, one of our startup founders to discuss beach heads in the US.

James will talk about identifying beach heads in the US and the new role of legacy banks, law firms, and corporate partners in the startup economy.

About James

Legacy institutions such as banks, law firms, and corporate entities are playing a new role in the startup economy as funders, early traction partners, and stakeholder matchmakers.  During this Lunch and Learn, James Reilly, a New York/Sydney-based SaaS founder and Research Scientist for the US Army, will describe this partnership structure and go into best practices for how to cultivate relationships that result in traction (ie sales or funding) in the US for AUS-based startups.

Part of James’ startup practice is brokering deals for AUS SaaS or Biotech companies with US investment banks, law firms, research institutions, branches of government, and consumer goods/corporate partners.  He is currently working to launch Australian companies and products into the US spanning medical devices, surgical devices, and sales-tech SaaS platforms.

This lunch and learn session will be held IN PERSON.

We look forward to seeing you there!
