This workshop is designed to help professionals plan and execute great projects. In 30 mins, you‘ll learn how to determine your objectives and scope, create and use a Gantt chart, and much more! The ETARU team believes that simplicity is key to project management. Therefore, we don’t like to use jargon or complex concepts - just simple lessons and tools that you can apply to your work today. This Lunch & Learn is appropriate for beginners or those with some project management knowledge looking to improve their fundamentals.

  1. Differentiate a project from “business as usual” work tasks
  2. Define project goal and scope
  3. Plan project timelines through the use of a Gantt chart
