Each year, our dedicated visitor servicing team assists 300,000 visitors, who come through the doors of our visitor centres or contact us via our online platforms. This webinar will explain how we aim to reach visitors wherever they are in the region, and to encourage them to see more, do more and spend more while they're here.
The team will explain how we work with members to keep our product knowledge sharp, and how you can ensure that your business benefits from our visitor servicing activity.
