MRBTA Member Famil Program: Margaret River & Surrounds August 2026

Members of MRBTA are invited to participate in our next Member Famil, taking in Margaret River & Surrounds.

The tour is scheduled for Thursday 13th of August

In interactions with visitors, member businesses serve as ambassadors for our region, providing recommendations for their next stop, or next trip. The MRBTA Member Familiarisation Program aims to assist you and your staff in recommending other businesses confidently and enthusiastically. The Program offers four familiarisation tours throughout the year, each focused on the region’s towns and their surrounds.

The MRBTA Member Famils are a great opportunity to connect with other MRBTA Members and the MRBTA team. Businesses that choose to host an introductory session for the group can showcase their business offerings, highlight any new products and announcements, or, if you’re a new operator – welcome members for the first time. It is always a fun day for all that participate! This is a full-day event (exact timings tbc) with lunch and transport from a central location included.

Please register your interest to participate as either a host, a participant, or both by clicking ‘Get Tickets’. Once we have received EOIs our team will put together the itinerary.

Host sessions are limited to around 30 minutes each so you may not be able to offer a ‘full’ experience to the group. We also welcome EOIs from operators who might be able to provide transport for the group (typically about 20-25 people) and lunch (typically 1 hour).

With limited capacity to visit venues on the day, EOIs will be considered to ensure a diverse mix of tourism offerings are experienced, and preference will be given to businesses that did not host a session on last year’s tour and are also able to schedule a frontline staff member to attend across the day.
