Registration Deadline for Presenters

All presenters must register by midnight 09 November 2026 (those not registered by this time will be removed from the schedule). Non-presenters are welcome to register at any time.

Rates:

• Standard: Early Bird of $250 until 19 Oct; then $290.

• Student Concession: Early Bird of $180 until 19 Oct; then $210.

• Day Rate: $140

• Online (on request only)

• Seeing and Hearing Seagrass (Monday Night): $27

• Conference Dinner: $86

Instructions:

• Please select your conference registration (standard or student).

• Please choose add-ons, including:

1. Monday night event on "Seeing & Hearing Seagrass" (will be very special, limited numbers)

2. Conference dinner (Tuesday night)

3. Piano Salon Lecture-Demonstrations (Monday or Tuesday lunchtime, ticketed due to limited numbers)

Conference Dinner: this will be on the roof-top of "Stories" in Yagan Square with a set menu provided by "Karla," a premium South-East Asian Fusion restaurant--see KARLA. Please make sure to fill in your dietary requirements.
