Learn the basics of putting together a compelling grant application, identifying suitable funding opportunities and clearly aligning your project with funder priorities.
11.00am–12.00pm | Volunteer Appreciation & Retention
Discover practical ways to recognise and celebrate volunteers while building a culture that keeps volunteers engaged, motivated and committed.
1.00pm–2.00pm | Volunteer Management
Explore the key principles of effective volunteer coordination, including recruitment, onboarding, supervision and communication.
2.30pm–3.30pm | National Standards for Volunteer Involvement
Gain an understanding of the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement and how they can be applied within your organisation to strengthen your volunteer program.
