Mudgee ABA Cuppa & Chat Thurs Feb 13th - Baby and Toddler Sleep
Event description
Join us for a morning tea and a chance to meet other parents and little ones. Our topic for the day is Sleep. We will chat baby sleep, parents' sleep, what's 'normal' for different ages and stages. and share ideas and resources for getting a little more sleep and coping with night-time parenting.
Parents, children of all ages, and support people are welcome to this free session, regardless if you are breastfeeding, formula feeding, or weaned already. Parking is easy in the church carpark, you can come in via the tearoom door (to the rear of the carpark- we will have to let you in) or via the garden gate (to the left of the building, has a child safe latch).
Morning tea will be provided. If you are having a fabulous morning and would like to bring a packet or plate to share, that is lovely, however if that's not how your morning is going, then just bring yourself and your little ones, there's always plenty to go around. There are plenty of toys in our indoor and outdoor area to keep your children busy while you enjoy your cuppa. We do recommend little ones bring shoes (there are 'bindi's in the play area grass) and hats and sunscreen!
An ABA Breastfeeding Counsellor will be present and you're welcome to ask any breastfeeding and baby related questions you might have. All your breastfeeding and baby queries are welcome regardless of the topic- positioning and attachment, breast and nipple care, mixed feeding, night times, starting solids expressing and storing breastmilk, etc.
Look forward to seeing you there. This session follows our Breastfeeding Support Drop In (9.30-10.30).
