EARLY DAZE fortnightly on Fridays in Mudgee- especially for expecting parents, and those with newborn and young babies up to around 9 months- however all are welcome. (Toddler and preschooler topics on Thursdays alternate weeks).
BREAST AND NIPPLE CARE- I'll have some sore nipples, tenderness and hotspots to go with that gorgeous baby snuggled in to feed looking oh so angelic.... said no mother ever! Come and find out how to prevent and avoid blockages and sore nipples, how to catch problems early, how to care for sore breasts and nipples and when to seek medical advice.
Meet up with other parents and babies, and take the opportunity to ask any other breastfeeding and baby related questions you may have- an ABA breastfeeding counsellor will be present.
