Mudgee ABA EARLY DAZE - Tuesday 12th Nov 10:30 am - Starting Solids

This term, ABA Mudgee EARLY DAZE will be running most Tuesday mornings. It is a free catch-up especially for expecting parents, those with newborns and young babies up to around 9 months, and their support people. 

Questions about starting solids? Come along and find out about developmental readiness, suitable foods, and appropriate quantities as you and your baby explore the wonderful world of family foods. Learn about different approaches to starting solid foods such as baby led weaning, how breastfeeds and/or bottle feeds fit in with it all, and figure out what will work best for you!

Meet up with other mums and bubs, and take the opportunity to ask any breastfeeding and baby related questions you may have - an ABA breastfeeding counsellor will be present.

All your breastfeeding and baby queries are welcome regardless of the topic- positioning and attachment, breast and nipple care, mixed feeding, night times, starting solids expressing and storing breastmilk, etc.

Morning tea will be provided. If you are having a fabulous morning and would like to bring a packet or plate to share, that is lovely, however if that's not how your morning is going, then just bring yourself and your little ones, there's always plenty to go around. 

Bookings are essential for this session, as it may not be run if no one is coming along. If you or your baby are feeling ill, we will see you at the next one. 

PlAyBA is run on Fridays and children of all ages are welcome, so it is perfect if you have older children too. Please see our other events for more information.
