Are you carrying pain that isn’t fully yours?

Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns- in relationships, health, money, or your sense of self- no matter how much you work on it?

Join us for a powerful one-day workshop in Mullumbimby and experience the deep healing potential of Family and Systemic Constellation work.

🌿 What is Family & Systemic Constellations?

This transformative method helps uncover the hidden dynamics - often inherited across generations - that keep you looping in the same struggles. Whether you're wrestling with relationship issues, chronic health conditions, emotional heaviness, or feeling blocked in your career or creativity, constellations can reveal and shift what talk therapy alone may not reach.

“It’s like doing 10 years of therapy in one day.” - a participant reflection

In this workshop, you can explore:

Family patterns and ancestral trauma
Relationship challenges (romantic, parental, work or friendship)
Health symptoms and body-based blocks
Self-worth, inner parts and archetypes
Business decisions, identity, and life direction

You don’t need to know your full family history - just bring a willingness to explore, witness, and shift.

Facilitated by Antonia Kersting, this workshop blends the power of constellations with shamanic ritual, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to support deep inner transformation in a grounded, supportive group setting.
