Event description

Join the NSW DPIRD’s On-Farm Carbon Advice Team for a farm walk at Cudal. The field walk looks at mixed species forage crops (forage/brassicas/vetch), with a chance to inspect the Pasture Trial Network Trials.

Speakers include:

  • David Harbison, D R Agriculture

  • Peter Roberts, Ridgehaven

  • Clare Edwards, On-Farm Carbon Advice

Morning Tea will be provided.

Getting there:

Where: Off Sth Bowan park Rd, Cudal.

From Gavins Lane, Cudal (travelling south):

  • Turn left onto Davys Plains Rd,

  • Turn left onto Bowan Park Rd and continue onto Sth Bowan Rd.

  • After small section of gravel you will see the Field Day Signs on the right

  • Turn right into a laneway and follow the dirt road for 500m to the paddock gate.

NOTE: If on Paling Yards Loop you have gone to far.
