Northern Rivers for Refugees (NRFR) helps refugees settle locally. We fundraise and advocate to the Australian Government for a better deal for refugees. We help educate and inform the community on the need to care for people seeking asylum.

We promote the acceptance and integration of refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia, by thinking globally and acting locally.

Charity status
Northern Rivers for Refugees is a Registered Charity with The Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission (ACNC) and is a Public Benevolent Society with tax exemption status. NRFR is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient for the purpose of receiving donations.
