Multicultural Pastors Retreat 2025

We are looking forward to the 2025 Multicultural Pastors Retreat!
This is an opportunity to connect with God, with other BUV Pastors and Leaders from our LOTE Churches, and some of the BUV Support Hub staff.

Theme – Emotionally Healthy Pastors & Leaders

In the busyness of ministry, leaders often give without taking time to be renewed. This retreat offers space to rest, reflect, and restore emotional and spiritual health. Like Jesus, who withdrew to quiet places to pray (Luke 5:16), we’re invited to pause and reconnect with God, ourselves, and each other.

There will be time for conversations, prayer, worship, as well as fun camp activities. Spouses are welcome to accompany Pastors.

Start: Wednesday 28 May, 11:00am
Finish: Friday 30 May, 11:30am
Where: Belgrave Heights Convention Centre, Hope Centre

Costs:

• Early Bird price (until 30th April):
  Full Camp $65
  Day Only $30 (Wed or Thurs)

• Regular price:
  Full Camp $80
  Day Only $50 (Wed or Thurs)

Please note that this year’s retreat has a registration cost, however it is heavily subsided by the BUV, Baptist Financial Services, and Church donations.

Registrations close Sunday 11 May

Please note for accredited pastors attendance at the full retreat will meet your pastoral development and collegial support hours for the year. 
A Professional Standards Workshop will be held on the Thursday which will meet your one a year PSW requirement.
