Multicultural Youth Awards 2026

The Multicultural Youth Awards are back, shining a national spotlight on Australia’s multicultural young people.

The Awards recognise young people aged 16 to 25 who are creating meaningful impact across leadership, sport, education, arts and culture, advocacy, entrepreneurship, community service and more.

More than an awards ceremony, MYA is a celebration of identity, resilience, excellence and possibility. It is a platform that amplifies youth voices, honours diverse stories, and brings together young people, families, community organisations, government representatives and sector leaders.

Building on the success of last year’s celebration at Parliament House Victoria, the 2026 Awards will continue to elevate the brilliance, leadership and contribution of multicultural youth across Australia.
