Mum's & Bub's — A 4-Week Connection Series

Join us for a relaxed, expert-led series designed to support you through those early postpartum months - no pressure, no judgement, just a space to connect.

Each week we welcome a different guest expert to share their knowledge and answer your questions on the topics that matter most after having a baby. While you listen, chat and ask away, bub has their own comfy little play space set up right there in the room - so there's no need to juggle or step away.

Sessions are split by age group, so you're with mums at a similar stage

Each day there are three session time options - 9am, 10.15am, 11.30am

🌱 Under 3 Months — Tuesdays
Starting Tuesday 6th October, running for 4 weeks

Week 1 — Tuesday 6th October: Pelvic Floor with Nicole from North City Physio
Week 2 — Tuesday 13th October: Naturopathic postpartum care with Anna from Anna Reeves Naturopathy
Week 3 — Tuesday 20th October: Lactation/Feeding/Pumping with Jo from BlissfulBubs
Week 4 — Tuesday 27th October: Sleep with Fran from thegentlesleepconsultant

🚼 Over 3 Months — Thursdays
Starting Thursday 8th October, running for 4 weeks

Week 1 — Thursday 8th October: Lactation/Feeding/Pumping with Jo from BlissfulBubs
Week 2 — Thursday 15th October: Starting Solids with Dr Julie from Dr Julie Bhosale
Week 3 — Thursday 22nd October: Naturopathic postpartum care with Anna from Anna Reeves Naturopathy
Week 4 — Thursday 29th October: Sleep with Fran from thegentlesleepconsultant

Each session is limited to 10 mums to keep the space calm and supportive. When selecting the ticket - this will be the time group you're in each week, and the ticket price covers all 4 weeks.

Pricing

$120 for the full 4 weeks (Girl maths $30 per session)
Pricing is per Mum - so twin/multiple mums only need the 1 ticket

What to Know

Feeding, crying and leaving early are all completely okay
We'll come together as a group at the start to introduce ourselves - no pressure to be on time, the doors will stay open, and the expert talk is expected to begin around 20 minutes in
These sessions are suited for first-time or multiple-time mums. Tickets are per mum (twin mums just need the one ticket)
