Description

Mums & Bubs – Come & Try Session

Come along and give Mums & Bubs a try at the Manning Early Years Room!

This relaxed and welcoming Come & Try session gives mums the opportunity to get moving while bringing their little ones along. Enjoy a supportive fitness session designed to help you build strength, improve fitness and connect with other local mums.

No previous fitness experience is needed — just come along, meet other mums and enjoy some movement in a baby-friendly environment.

What to bring: Comfortable activewear, a water bottle and anything your little one may need during the session.

This event is brought to you by the City of South Perth. For more information contact us or visit our website.
