Join us for a session of relaxation, connection, and fun at our Mums and Bubs Nature Yoga. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while bonding with your little one through gentle yoga and mindfulness.
Babies 6 weeks postpartum (mums must have all clear from Doctor) to pre crawling
All mums need to bring is a blanket for baby. Feel free to bring your own matt, otherwise they will be provided for you.Â
Bookings are essential.
