This is one of the most powerful things you can do for your daughter - and yourself.

In this intimate 4-hour workshop, you'll bond, laugh, and leave your daughter feeling confident, informed and genuinely excited about becoming a woman.

What we cover:

The full journey of puberty - body, emotions, and identity
The whole menstrual cycle (not just bleeding) - and the wisdom within it

How to look after ourselves throughout our menstrual cycle, so we thrive
Menarche (first bleed) as a Rite of Passage - and why that framing changes everything
Healing the Mother Line - the beliefs and stories we unconsciously pass on, and how to rewrite them

Best ages: 9 years and up (depending on maturity & development), through to recently commenced menstruation.

If your daughter has been menstruating for some years, she will find the workshop rewarding as well. And I am am happy to hold a older teen one for you. Just contact me and we can discuss.

Why this matters more than you think

Research shows that a girl's early experience of menarche shapes her relationship with her body for life. What she learns - and feels - in those first years becomes the foundation she stands on as a woman.

The stories she inherits often come from you. Not because you got it wrong - but because no one gave you this either.

This workshop is where that changes. For her. And for you.

Why small groups matter

This is a purposely small event so girls feel safe, relaxed and free to ask anything.

And because they are a small event, these workshops sell out.

I look forward to supporting you and your daughter to step into your full power as women 🌿
