Event description
Our Mums & Bubs Pilates class is a gentle, supportive, and fun way for new mums to ease back into movement while bonding with your baby. This session focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, relieving tension, and enhancing overall well-being in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment.
What to Expect:
A welcoming space for you and your baby (6 weeks to crawling age).
Low-impact movements to target abdominal, pelvic floor, and postural muscles.
Breathing and stretching exercises to reduce stress and promote recovery.
Options and modifications provided to suit all postpartum journeys.
Time to connect with other local mums in a supportive community setting.
What to Bring:
A mat
Water bottle
Blanket for baby
Any baby essentials you may need during the class
Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any postnatal exercise program. It is recommended that you've had the approval from your healthcare provider before attending this class. The class is best suited for mums with bubs or mums who would like a space to rest and reset. *This class may be of smaller size to accomodate for bubs.
Please note: once you secure your spot, you will be sent a waiver form to sign and return - classic admin!
