Anne has since received the rites from Alberto Villoldo, Marcela Lobos, Qero shaman and teachers at the Four Winds School during her Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine course and the Munay-Ki teacher training.

Mary-Ann Somerville, Mother, Senior Level Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Coach, Wellbeing Nerd and Munay-Ki student

Mary-Ann’s journey as a yoga teacher began in 2011, it has evolved over the past 13 years, increasing her learning and love for the limbs and elements of yoga.

Since completing Level 1, 200-hour Power Living program, Mary-Ann has completed many other teacher trainings in Pregnancy & Postnatal, Kids, Long Slow Deep, Yin, Yoga for Pain Care, Restorative and Yoga Nidra with Swami Mukti. Mary-Ann has an invested interest in health, wellbeing and bodywork which has led her to become a Thai Yoga Massage therapist, and Mindfulness Coach.

Since having her daughter in 2021, which has been Mary-Ann’s greatest learning. Life as she knew it shifted, beautifully! Which has led her to flow with a more feminine, softer more slow approach to living.

Mary-Ann is currently receiving the Munay-Ki Rites from Anne and loving the journey that the seeds of each rite present and how they grow in to each aspect of life.
