Munch With the Musos 2026 presented by Tintern Grammar Friends of Music

"Munch with the Musos" is Tintern's Friends of Music fabulous end of year social event that brings the Tintern community together, with a Christmas themed concert from the school's talented ensembles.

Date: Sunday 29th November

Time: Doors open at 9.45am, food and entertainment program from 10.00am - 12.30pm

Location: CM Wood Centre, Tintern Grammar, 90 Alexandra Rd, Ringwood East

Ticket Prices

General admission (pre-booked): $10 per person

Pre-school age children and student performers: Free

Walk-ins on the day: $15 per person (limited number, unless sold out prior)

*Please note that there is a booking fee of 50 cents per ticket

Catering

Morning Tea: This year we are offering a selection of pre-purchase morning tea items, including Fruit Mince Tarts, Lemon Tarts and Gluten-Free Frittata.

These items can be added to your booking after selecting your event tickets. Orders close on Monday 23 November, 4.00pm

Additional Food: Guests are welcome to bring their own food if desired.

Refreshments: A self-service tea, coffee and water station will be available throughout the event

In an effort to reduce waste, we kindly ask that any rubbish from food you bring with you is taken home at the end of the event.

Seating Arrangements

Seating is available at tables of 6-10.

If you would like to be seated with another family, please include their full name (first and last name) in the Table Captain field.

Alternatively, you may choose to be seated with other families from your nominated year level.

Please note that groups larger than 10 may be split across adjacent tables.

Student Performers

Performers receive free entry but must be registered through this site so we can seat them with their families and arrange catering.

Please note that there are no designated student tables.

Bookings Close Wednesday 25 November, unless sold out prior. This event is always popular, so we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment!
