Mungo's Hi Fi meets The 420 Sound / Paradiso Music Room Take Over

The mighty Mungo’s Hi Fi returns to Byron Bay for a heavyweight session alongside The 420 Sound, in the best-sounding nightclub in town.

True champions of soundsystem culture, Mungo’s Hi Fi represent the full spectrum — from Jamaican roots to raves, clubs, and festivals worldwide. Whether performing as DJs, running their custom-built soundsystem, producing music, collaborating with vocalists, or releasing records on their renowned label Scotch Bonnet, Mungo’s create a uniquely uplifting experience steeped in bass culture.

Hailing from Glasgow, the crew has been shaping the global dub and reggae scene for over a decade, known for their eclectic selection and signature sonic character — taking dancers on a journey deep into the heart of reggae, dub, and soundsystem tradition.

This will be a special session in Byron Bay’s newest club space: Paradiso Music Room — equipped with a brand new Void Acoustics sound system and fully treated for optimum sound.
