Event description

Murals for Change: GROWING TOGETHER

Join us as we explore themes of reconciliation and how as a collective, we can listen and work together to keep First Nations cultures alive. In this workshop Ella and Montana will open a dialogue about the role of ARTivism, rewilding, leaning into nature and First Nations wisdom and what it means to really stand for black lives. Taking inspiration from mushrooms, we’ll discuss how we can simultaneously take from the earth and give back, ensuring that our actions are dedicated to a better future. Let’s start by listening to how we can better uphold our responsibility for decolonisation and develop our self-awareness through a specially designed mindfulness and creative workshop session.

The only way to GROW TOGETHER. There is work to be done.

Our scholarship positions for November are funded by Lifecykel Mushrooms, an evolutionary focused mycelium biotechnology company that engineers positive solutions to real world problems. By harvesting the Circular Economy and using its valuable fuel in partnership with mushrooms, they are able to offer incredible products and services for health and planetary harmony.
