Murder Mystery at The Alternate Root

Grab your pearls and pocket watches, slip into those glad rags and join us for an evening of murder and intrigue!

We are hosting our first ever Murder Mystery evening! Gather some friends and puzzle it out.

The Story:- A Flapper and Gangster Murder at the 1920's Speakeasy! Murder Mystery Party Game ... The Roaring 20's are in full swing, giving birth to the rise of jazz music flappers and, with the end of the war, a renewed feeling of hope and joviality. It’s the era of prohibition, and organised crime is at an all-time high. As guests you will cooperate to investigate a 1920s-themed murder and uncover key clues. You also have the chance to become a suspect. By the end of the party, you and your team will try to guess who did it, how they did it, and why they did it.
You should keep an eye out for hints about the killer’s motive and opportunity that only the guilty suspect could have.

Dressing up is recommended! Some props will be provided on the night.
