Experience a night of culinary excellence, a four-course degustation dinner featuring the finest Murray Pure meats from the Upper Murray River Valleys. Each course is expertly crafted to highlight the rich flavors of Murray Pure beef, lamb, and goat, paired with Bridge Road beers carefully selected to complement the dish.

First, savor a delicate Tataki of beef with Markwood mushrooms and fennel soubise (beer match Cold XPA). For the second course, indulge in a Saddle of lamb noisette with spinach, sweetbreads, liver, and potato roesti (beer match Beechworth Pale Ale). The third course presents a robust Braised shoulder of goat with grilled rack and Moroccan flavors (beer match Festive Red IPA). Finally, delight in a Tallow Chocolate brownie paired with creamy vanilla gelato (beer match Nitro Porter).
