Travel instructions

Bus/Tram: via central station take the Light Rail from Chalmers St to UNSW High Street. You will need an Opal ticket. the trip takes 20-25 minutes. Car: Enter the Botany St carpark via UNSW Gate 11. If booked Collect a voucher from Museum staff in the standing zone just inside the enterance. proceed to park in places marked "UNSW permit holders only". If no voucher booked - you can arrange to pay with our staff member at the gate, or pay for day parking on the roof top of the parking station.

Entry instructions

On arrival at the Samuels Building - call the Museum office - 9385 1522. A staff member will escort you to the wheelchair entrance at the rear of the Museum. The staff member will also discuss emergency egress with you.

After entry instructions

You can travel freely in the Museum or Theatre.

Hazards

There are some restrictive parts of the Museum, although access is not impossible.

Toilet location

Accessible toilets are located in either the Biological sciences building or the Matthews arcade. Museum staff can escort you to ensure ease.

Accessible parking

Accessible spaces are available in the parking area adjacent to the Museum.
