Mushroom Cultivation at Claras Urban Mini Farm
Event description
Join Permaculture Central Coast at Clara's Urban Mini Farm for a workshop on all things mushroom cultivation.
We will go over:
1. Growing Oyster and Lions Mane mushrooms indoors in buckets
2. Growing Wine Cap and Portabello mushrooms outdoors in gardens
3. Growing Shitake and Oyster mushrooms on logs
4. Safely cooking and foraging Saffron Milk Cap mushrooms
We will give you some mushroom grain spawn to go home and start your mushroom cultivation straight away with the option to purchase more on the day.
The specific address will be emailed to you 2days before the event so please check your email inbox. Street parking only and bathrooms will be available on-site. Infants are welcome however please be aware event is outside. No dogs.
