Step into a 4-week guided journey into mushroom cultivation. For an hour and a half each Tuesday evening, we'll gather in a supportive circle to explore growing your own mushrooms and the deeper practices of intention setting, safety, and integration. Learn from experts in this space: therapist Jo Young (Hazel River Therapy) and applied mycologist Dr. Lauren Czaplicki (Fungal Solutions).

Located in downtown Durango, this will be a twelve person maximum circle, with ample space for parking right in front and water and tea will be available. Also, after you register, we'll email you a list of supplies that you can gather from your community or purchase new, and give you hands-on experience preparing space and growing your own mushrooms.

💰 Sliding Scale Pricing – How It Works

We absorb the fees and donate a portion of them to charity through partnership with Humantix. We are excited to offer sliding scale pricing to make this event accessible to more people, while also covering the costs of running it. You choose the amount you pay based on your financial situation. We don’t require proof of income—this is based on trust and honesty.

Here’s a general guide to help you decide:

Supporter Rate (Top of the scale) – For those who are financially comfortable.
  Choose this rate if you have a steady income, can meet your basic needs, and want to help subsidize others who can't pay the full amount. This helps keep the event sustainable and accessible.

Standard Rate (Middle of the scale) – Covers the true cost of the event.
  Choose this if you can afford to pay for your own participation without hardship.

Reduced Rate (Bottom of the scale) – For those with limited financial resources.
  Choose this if you're struggling financially or have little to no disposable income. We want you here regardless of your ability to pay.
