Music and Emotions: A Sing and Grow Workshop

For families with children 0 to 5 years

Music can be a creative and safe way to help children learn to identify, express and manage their emotions. Join Play Matters for this special one-off workshop and discover how music, movement and play can support children to explore their feelings, build emotional awareness and develop skills for managing big emotions - all while having fun together.

*To ensure everyone in our community has the opportunity to participate, we kindly ask that families who have previously attended a Sing & Grow workshop series do not book into this session. Thank you for helping us make these opportunities available to as many families as possible.

Please note:

• Only one ticket is required per family

• Do not attend if unwell

• If you cannot make it to the event, we strongly encourage you to cancel your ticket to ensure your spot is allocated to someone on the waitlist

• To enable a safe, enjoyable experience at our library events, children aged 11 and under must be supervised at all times by a parent, guardian or carer.
