Music Business 101 - Mount Gambier

Presented by the music industry development team at Music SA, this workshop is the first in a series designed to develop skills, networks and understanding of working in the music industry. 

This workshop will provide a general overview of the business, outline the key stakeholders and how they interconnect. 

We will run through what assets all businesses need to get started and provide individualised guidance to create those assets. This workshop is suitable for anyone already working in, or considering working in the music industry including artists, event staff, the live business, recorded music, publishing, agents, promoters, venues, managers, photographers, production crew etc. 

Post workshop session will be a networking event presented by The Note, a street press which will be launching in Mount Gambier in 2025.
