Musicians, composers, producers, crew and sole traders, you’re invited to join us for a free and online Wellbeing Check-In session.
If you’re experiencing elevated levels of stress and anxiety, and find it difficult to manage your own wellbeing alongside the demands of your work, come along to learn more about how you can support yourself and others during those difficult times.
This Wellbeing Check-In is designed to acknowledge the unique challenges of working in music on mental health. We’ll share practical strategies to practise self-care, bolster resilience and offer tips around giving and receiving support when needed.
What to expect from a session:
- Understand mental health using the spectrum of wellbeing
- Learn more about the unique challenges facing those working in music
- Identify ways that you can take better care of yourself in the areas of physical health, growth and mastery, connection and community, meaning and purpose
- Recognise signs that someone might be struggling with mental health issues
- Learn how to listen and kick off important mental health conversations
- Understand what supports and resources are available for music workers
