The Performance Anxiety Workshop presented by Hey Mate is tailored for professionals in the music industry and is a transformative and insightful session designed to address the challenges musicians often face when preparing for and engaging in live performances. Led by seasoned performers and mental health experts, the workshop provides practical strategies and psychological insights to help participants manage and overcome performance anxiety effectively. Join us at the Ainslie Arts Centre to learn and engage with an oft unspoken side of the industry - understand performance anxiety, breathing and relaxation techniques, cognitive reframing, preparation and practice and much more.

Hey Mate delivers mental health, wellness support, and education to the music, entertainment, performing arts, and creative industries. Our team of mental health professionals supports artists, industry professionals, companies, and the wider community to improve their mental health and well being.
