Event description

Join us in our next edition of MUV Talks dedicated to Wellness!

It is easy to get caught up in the business of being busy, especially as an entrepreneur. Because of this, sometimes we forget to look after ourselves and our wellness takes a backseat.
Our body is our vehicle. However, our mind is our engine. Each plays a critical role in our ability to perform well in our business and our life.

Come along to be inspired and to learn from seven humans about the ability to overcome challenges (physical and mental), strength, resiliency, and impact.
