Description

The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is hosting an info session to break it all down.

We’ll chat about what Commonwealth-funded aged care services are, how you can access them through My Aged Care, and what the new Aged Care Act and Support at Home program mean for you or your loved ones.

Whether you're looking for support yourself, helping a family member, or you're working in aged care, this session is here to give you clear info and practical advice. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions directly to representatives from the Department.

Additional support and information will also be available on the day, with a Services Australia Aged Care Specialist Officer and a Care Finder representative joining the session to share information, answer questions and provide guidance to attendees.

No jargon, just real answers.

Come along, get informed, and walk away with a better understanding of the system and how to navigate it.
