My Condolences Workshop is a supportive, educational space for people helping others navigate grief.

In this workshop we'll talk about what the experience of grief can be like, why it's different for everyone, and why it's so hard to know what to say. You'll learn what is actually helpful, what to avoid, and how to offer support in practical ways, even when you feel unsure. The workshop combines gentle guidance, shared reflection, and useful resources to help participants feel confident and more equipped to support loved ones experiencing grief and loss.
