My Cooking Rules is a fun, inclusive cooking event that brings people together through food, creativity and connection.

Our participants take over the kitchen for the day, preparing both a savoury and sweet dish, showing off their cooking skills, sharing their own flair and enjoying the experience alongside an amazing community.

The first My Cooking Rules was filled with incredible food, huge personalities, plenty of laughs and some seriously impressive cooking and we cannot wait to do it all again.

This event is about giving participants the space to cook, create, connect and enjoy themselves, while celebrating the skills, individuality and passion each person brings to the kitchen.

Participants can expect:

• A full day of hands-on cooking

• A savoury and sweet cooking round

• Recipe demonstrations and guidance

• A supportive panel providing strengths-based feedback

• Individual awards and recognition

• Photos, entertainment and plenty of fun throughout the day

• Opportunities to meet new people and connect with the wider community

• A welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to bring their own personality and flair
