My Future Care: Introduction to Advanced Care Planning Workshop

We all want to have a say in what happens in the last parts of our lives. By making plans that cover your future care, lifestyle, health and finances, you're not only working out what you want, you are also making things easier on those around you. This process is called Advanced Care Planning.

Join Palliative Care Western Australia for a FREE workshop on what is involved in Advanced Care Planning, how to get started and talk about your wishes to those around you. This workshop is suitable for any age and level of health.
