How the program works:
The program consists of six stand-alone modules. Participants can join any module at any time and still gain meaningful, practical value.

Completed together, the modules form a connected leadership journey, allowing learning to deepen over time through reflection, practice and application.
All modules delivered in Hobart, with the exception of Module 1: My Leadership Ground (also offered in Launceston and Devonport).
